Innovation Workshops
Jenny Siede leads innovation workshops that bring digital systems thinking, emerging technology, and decades of hands-on apparel experience to Product Lifecycle Management, technical development, and manufacturing. Her sessions help designers, founders, students, and industry professionals understand how new technologies fit into real workflows and apply innovation across the full product lifecycle, from early concept through production and operational execution.

Beyond the product
Innovation in apparel is not limited to a new construction method, textile, or technology. It also means improving how products are conceived, developed, communicated, and manufactured. Jenny’s workshops use a systems-thinking approach to connect Product Lifecycle Management, technical design, sourcing, production, and AI-assisted workflows, helping participants see how each decision affects quality, waste, and the path from concept to production.
