What this is

The Discovery session is how every Green Neurons engagement begins. Before any contracts or commitments, we spend fifteen minutes getting oriented: what you are building, where you are in the process, and whether technical design consulting is actually the right fit for your project right now. What we cover

• What you are making and where you are in development
• Key constraints — timeline, materials, production volume, budget range
• Whether the project needs design, development, manufacturing support, or some combination
• How Green Neurons works and what a formal engagement looks like

What to expect

Come prepared to describe your project in plain terms. You do not need a brief, a spec sheet, or a fully formed idea — just enough context for a real conversation. Jenny will ask direct questions and give direct answers.

The session runs fifteen minutes by design. If the conversation warrants more time, we schedule a follow-up.

What comes next

If our discovery call confirms mutual alignment, Green Neurons will issue a Letter of Intent — a plain-language pre-engagement document that establishes how we communicate, how each party’s work is protected, and what the path forward looks like. Signing it does not create a financial obligation.

When you are ready to proceed into formal engagement, a $500 deposit initiates the requirements analysis and Proforma development phase. Half of that deposit is credited toward your first Proforma invoice.
